Here at Premier Carpet Cleaning of Colorado Springs, I understand that each home and their owner are different. With that in mind we have developed many levels of pricing options. If you have any interest or questions on any particular option please call and we can price it to meet your homes’ needs. Keep in mind, no one package is set in stone. Note: All rates will always include a complete pre-inspection and post-inspection of your areas. I will also advise you of any possible permanent staining or areas that may need specialty stain treatments. This is so you do not end up with any pricing surprises.

Value (my most popular rate)
This is covering all your basic carpet cleaning needs. Includes all of our amazing powerful pre-sprays, designed to remove almost all organic staining, and top of the line truck mounted steam cleaning (also known as HWE) procedures or dry-chem (also known as VLM) if you prefer. You must have the carpet pre-vacuumed and ready to be cleaned, to qualify for this rate. This is a great way to save money.
Standard
Same as value, but includes, the pre-vacuuming all open areas and vacuuming the edging for debris.
Premium
Same as standard, but includes, moving up to five medium sized pieces of furniture. A medium piece of furniture would consist of an object that can be safely moved by one person without breaking. Most couches will fall into this category. However, electronics, breakables, and knick-knacks in general must be removed from anything you wish for me to move. Bedrooms with furniture, in general, will not be considered movable and will always be priced at the standard rate. If a situation arises where you need tons of furniture moved, like bedroom furniture moved, please inform me of this on the phone.
The Gold Standard
Same as premium, but includes, DuPont™ Teflon® Advanced Carpet Protector.
